UK Delivery

  • Standard Delivery: £3.50 (3–5 working days)

  • Express Delivery: £6.99 (1-2 working days) 
    Order before 12pm Monday to Friday for delivery within two working days (excludes weekends).

We always aim to deliver your order as quickly and smoothly as possible. However, from time to time our courier partners may experience delays within their networks (even outside of traditional peak periods). The vast majority of parcels arrive within the expected timeframe, but delivery dates are not guaranteed and occasional delays are unfortunately outside our control. During these times, tracking may take a little longer to update but rest assured, your parcel is on its way. We kindly ask for your patience should this happen, and we will do everything we can to help you.

International Delivery

We ship worldwide 

Shipping costs are shown below, and any customs duties and taxes will be automatically calculated and added at checkout using SWAP. This means there will be no unexpected fees to pay when your parcel arrives — everything is taken care of upfront for a smooth, hassle-free delivery.

  • Europe: £12.99 (5–7 working days)

  • USA: £24.99 (7–10 working days)

  • Rest of the World (including Canada & Australia): £24.99 (7–10 working days)

Please note: Luella Grey cannot accept responsibility for parcels signed for by someone other than the recipient. All transactions are processed in Pound Sterling.
